Using stereomicroscope,360 ° Omni directional observation mirror for the appearance of parts, Incoming parts backgrounds, external packing (in PVC tubes, trays, paper boxes, anti-static bags, tape & reel, plastic bags with humidity indication cards, vacuum /non vacuum sealed bags, desiccant pouches etc ) inspection, date code, lot number confirmation & relevant records in compliance with OEM’s validity
Through Cooperation with Third-Party Test lab, we recognize&scan the Lable&barcod. Especially the brand TI, NXP,VISHAY Etc which have fake parts . After Confirmation by Third-Party Lab confirmation, then we will arrange shipments.
Through Cooperation with Third-Party Test lab Verification & inspection of the die layout conditions with multiple electron microscope after decapsulation to identify whether the parts are Counterfeits or not. [Counterfeit products may be able to achieve the original standards(so is called feasible alternatives), or may not be in compliance.]----Chemical Decapsulation is used to confirm original OEM die/chip/wafer
